Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Billing or through the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

3. Refunds

  • Charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error or experienced a material service failure, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

4. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and may downgrade or suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

5. Price changes

We may change plan prices. Any change will apply to billing periods after we provide notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
