Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using the Service. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
You may not create or distribute links that point to:
- Malware, phishing, scams, or other deceptive or fraudulent content.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors.
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal goods/services.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading redirects (cloaking).
2. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or plan restrictions.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without our written permission.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove links, throttle or revoke API access, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.

To report a link or account that violates this AUP, contact support@n10.in with the offending short link and a description of the issue.
